My result says 'Not Found' — what should I do?
Check that your AG number is formatted correctly: 2023-ag-10120 (year, dash, ag, dash, number). If the format is right, the student's results may not be published on UAF LMS yet, or the portal may be temporarily unavailable. Try again after a few minutes.
My CGPA looks wrong — how is it calculated?
We use UAF's standard formula: Total Quality Points ÷ Total Credit Hours. P-grade (Pass/Fail) courses are excluded, and for repeated courses, we use the better grade. If you believe there's an error, please send us the AG number and we'll investigate.
Can I report multiple AG numbers that are failing?
Yes — include all failing AG numbers in your message along with the error you're seeing. This helps us identify if it's a systemic issue with UAF LMS or an individual case.
Do you have an API I can use?
Not currently. UAFCalc.site is a free tool for individual student use. If you're interested in bulk institutional access or an API, contact us to discuss options.
Can UAFCalc.site be used by teachers or departments?
Yes — the bulk lookup feature was designed exactly for this use case. Teachers and department advisors regularly use it to check class performance. Results can be exported to CSV for further analysis.
